Some TNG users were experiencing spam emails, supposedly applying for registration on their TNG site. The problem was with a software modification that we activated on Family Genes TNG sites, that added a captcha feature to the submit button. A captcha is a challenge to automated internet bots that are trolling for openings into internet sites. The captcha challenge checks that the applicant is “not a robot” but is actually a person.
Hopefully, your spam load will now drop off.
The TNG “captcha” is fixed
